Dr. Chang has been practicing as an ophthalmologist in the greater Los Angeles area for the past 20 years. He received his doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in Taiwan and his ECFVG certificate from Purdue University. Afterward, he completed a rotational internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital before returning to Purdue University to pursue a residence in Comparative Ophthalmology. Dr Chang worked at the VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital until 2019, when he established Veterinary Eye Clinic, where he has been since. He is excited to serve the San Gabriel Valley community. When he's not at the clinic, Dr. Chang enjoys spending time with his family watching sports and with his two Ragdolls.
